The hotel’s location by the sea is one of its best features, with easy access to the beach and good views. It's also well-connected to Trieste centre by bus. Rooms are comfortable with excellent air conditioning and nice furnishings. the breakfast buffet has a good variety of options and the staff provide attentive service.
Some things need improvement, especially the bathroom which can be outdated and in need of repair.

we have stayed at this Hotel many times, and enjoyed our stay. But this stay was terrible, they are bulding at the back of hotel, noise is terrerble. and the Hotel has gone right down. It should not be call a 5 Star, it should be only 3. sorry we stayed their, very disapointed, Virginia Thomas
The noise from building at back, no car park. Hotel entrace looked very untidy.

mole in the bathroom. shaby bathroom with scratched faucets. construction site 5m in front of the window. For 5 stars unacceptable.

The swimming pool was nice and cool after a long day exploring. the staff were helpful and polite, offering advice on what to see and do. the restaurant served good food, and it was great not having to worry about finding somewhere to eat.
The room was disappointing, with no balcony and old furnishings. the bathroom was small and not well-maintained.

Comfort and relative good ratio quality/price, free WIFI in rooms, nice swimming pool
Definitely not a five star hotel as they claim, it should be classified as a 3 stars plus. Small rooms and bathrooms, quite far from Trieste downtown. Very disappointing view from the back... new building in work!

Upon checking in, we were warmly welcomed and offered a complimentary drink. the elegant room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities such as a Spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna. the breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious with a variety of options and a beautiful view of the garden area. the staff at the restaurant were attentive and helpful, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience.
Despite this minor issue, the treatment room and massage service were amazing, providing us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The hotel wasn't as bad as the references said. We were lucky because we got one of the best rooms with the view to the sea and a balcony. The room was bug and nice, the equipment a little old though. Breakfast was way to simple for a 5* hotel, but still okay. We came by car so it was easy to get to the city. It took us maybe 5 minutes to drive to the downtown. Personnel didn't really speak English but still they were friendly with us.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and the location close to the sea was perfect for me. The hotel facilities and breakfast were exceptional. In addition, there was a parking lot available at no extra cost, which made things much easier for me.

We didn't like anything there!
This hotel is advertised as a 5-start hotel and it is definitely not. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast is definitely not filling - who would want to eat only sweet bread in the morning? There was no variety - no eggs, no hams, no fresh fruits, etc. Oh, there was also a construction going on at the back of the hotel! So, you can probably imagine how difficult to get parking area there because the hotel did not reserve any street parking! We actually want our money back!

Nice terrace with sea view for having breakfast.
Public parking available is an exageration, you can hardly find a place near the hotel, I had to go 400 m down the road and park in the public parking by the marina. Room was not so clean, bathroom particularly, lots of signs of previous inhabitants. Construction work going on in the yard, lots of noise! The hotel is not on the sea side of the road, so don't be fooled, the sea can be seen maybe from the last floor but that's it.
